Juniper

Juniper is a trauma-informed, comprehensive case management program for youth who have experienced trafficking. The program combines one-on-one support and advocacy with evidence-based therapies tailored to each survivor’s individual needs.

Juniper services include case management, safety planning, goal setting, medical care, clinical therapy, education, and life skills training. By focusing on safety, physical health, emotional and mental health, education, and self-efficacy, we can reduce vulnerability, reduce potential re-exploitation, and encourage survivors to be self-sufficient.

Juniper primarily serves girls between 12-18 years old from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and races. However, there is an emphasis on those disproportionately impacted by trafficking, including minority groups as well as those affected by low income, low education, and underemployment. Multigenerational familial abuse is also common and another area we focus on.
